Who can be referred to Hearth & Haven?

We support youth in the Fraser Valley region who require trauma-informed residential care. Our services are designed for young people who benefit from a stable, nurturing, and secure home environment.

How are referrals made?

Referrals are typically made through the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) or healthcare partners. If you are a social worker or family member seeking information, please contact us directly at 604-217-7930.

Is the home staffed overnight?

Yes. For the safety and well-being of our youth, Hearth & Haven is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by experienced and trauma-informed professionals.

Are you already working with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD)?

Hearth & Haven Youth and Family Services is preparing to work in partnership with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) to provide high-quality residential care for youth. Our services are being developed to align with MCFD standards and best practices for residential care.

Can families stay involved?

Absolutely. Family involvement is a core component of our care model. We facilitate visits, communication, and planning meetings to ensure that families remain a key part of their loved one's journey toward stability.

We are located in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia. Our home is situated in a peaceful area that promotes healing and safety while remaining connected to local community resources.
