As we prepare to launch our residential services, we are building a team of compassionate professionals committed to making a difference. While we are not currently hiring, we are looking forward to opening roles once our contracts with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) are confirmed.
Residential Care Worker (Future Opportunity)
In this role, you will be part of a team providing 24/7 relationship-based care in a nurturing home environment, supporting youth to heal, grow, and build essential life skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working with youth
- Relevant education or training in social services or related field
- Clear criminal record check for working with vulnerable people
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
