Hearth & Haven provides a safe, stable, and nurturing 24/7 residential environment where every youth receives individualized, trauma-informed care tailored to their unique strengths, culture, and goals. Hearth & Haven Youth and Family Services is preparing to work in partnership with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) to provide high-quality residential care for youth. Our services are being developed to align with MCFD standards and best practices for residential care. In addition to our preparation with MCFD, we work alongside Indigenous communities and healthcare partners, prioritizing emotional well-being and life skills to foster independence and long-term stability.
